Delivery Options

Automatic Delivery

Automatic delivery is ideal for those customers who never want to worry about running out of oil or total heat propane. When you choose this option for delivery, we take guesswork out of checking your fuel levels and predicting your future usage. We set up a schedule based on your tank size, past consumption, and weather conditions.

Benefits of Automatic Delivery

  • We guarantee that you’ll always have fuel. If you do run out, we have staff on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and will deliver fuel as soon as possible. We will also credit your account $25 for the inconvenience.*
  • We’re always available and our Automatic Delivery customers receive priority service for any emergencies.
  • There are no minimum gallon requirements for regularly scheduled automatic deliveries.
  • $0 service call-we don’t charge you anything to start your service.*

Life circumstances can change your fuel consumption. Common causes can include:

  • New baby
  • Long-term houseguest
  • Room addition or finishing basement
  • Adding or removing wood stoves or heaters
  • Installing new propane appliances

If any of these situations apply to you, please give us a call at 304.263.3329 and we can adjust your account to plan to better plan your deliveries.

Will Call

  • If you are a will-call customer, you can call-in to order delivery whenever you need it.
  • We do require a 3-day notice prior to your delivery day.
  • Please remember to check your tank regularly and place your order when the level is around 25%.
  • Minimum delivery is 100 gallons for oil.

If you require a special delivery before the 3-day timeframe, a service charge will be assessed.

*Customer account must be in good standing.

For more information about any of these delivery options, please call 304.263.3329 or e-mail
